IVF Friends is a non profit organisation comprised of a committee of volunteers committed to being a support network for Monash IVF patients across Australia. 

IVF Friends was formed in 1980 by couples participating in IVF through Monash with the aim of developing a support network for other couples also going through the program. IVF Friends now has approximately 2,500 members from a wide range of backgrounds. We devote our entire resources to issues relating to fertility, particularly IVF, and to the well being of our members.

Our objectives are:

• To provide moral support for members through the creation of a supportive environment including monthly newsletters, IVF Friends website and regular information nights.
• To provide our members relevant information about IVF including current and new techniques available.
• To undertake any voluntary work which IVF Friends members may from time to time see fit.

IVF Friends is an autonomously constituted support group, with our main concern being the representation of members' interests. However, we maintain a close and privileged relationship with Monash IVF nationally.
